Welcome to Priority Management Training Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website (www.PriorityManagementTraining.ie ) and the provision of our training and related services. By accessing our website, requesting a proposal, placing an order, or attending training, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Us
Priority Management Training operates as part of the global Priority Management network, delivering productivity, time management, and effectiveness training plus coaching to organisations and individuals in Ireland and internationally.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, contracts for services are entered into with Priority Management Training Limited, a company registered in Ireland.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional training and development services, which may include:

In-person workshops and seminars

Virtual or online training sessions

Individual or group coaching

Digital learning materials, workbooks, and guides

Access to online learning platforms or portals
Descriptions of services on our website or in marketing materials are intended to give a general overview only and do not form part of a binding contract unless expressly agreed in writing.
3. Fees, VAT and Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All fees are quoted in Euro (€).

VAT or equivalent indirect taxes will be applied where required by law, based on the place of supply.

Invoices are payable when the course or programme is complete.
We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and reasonable recovery costs on overdue invoices, in accordance with applicable late payment legislation.
4. Validity of Proposals
Unless stated otherwise:

Proposals are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Fees are based on delivery within 12 months of proposal date.

Prices may be reviewed for services delivered beyond this period.
5. Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders, or equivalent order confirmations, must be issued by the Client before reserved dates can be confirmed by Priority Management.
6. Cancellations, Postponements and No‐Shows
We understand that plans change, and we aim to be fair while protecting our trainers’ time and pre‐booked resources.
Cancellations by the Client

14 days or more’ written notice: no charge.

Less than 14 days’ notice: full fee payable.
No‐Shows
-
Non-attendance on the day of training, without prior notice, will be charged at 100% of the agreed fee.
Additional Costs
Any non‐refundable travel, accommodation, venue, or customised material costs already incurred will be recharged to the client.
7. Client Responsibilities
For in‐company or on‐site training, you are responsible for ensuring:
• suitable training facilities and equipment;
• attendee availability and punctuality; and
• timely communication of changes affecting delivery.
We are not responsible for issues arising from inadequate facilities or late changes beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
Priority Management retains all intellectual property rights in all materials supplied or created in connection with our services and this website, including all course content and learning tools in any format. Participants are granted a limited, non‐transferable licence to use these materials for their own internal learning purposes only. Recording, copying, sharing, or redistribution (including screenshots or screen recordings) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Recording Of Online Workshops
Due to Priority Management International IP and licencing reasons, recording and/or filming by participants is strictly prohibited. Copies of internal recordings and slides are also not available for external distribution.
Virtual Learning Guides
Virtual Learning Guides are available online for some programmes. The Virtual Learning Guides are copyrighted and owned by Priority Management International. These are not to be distributed to anyone else in any form. The link, Usernames and Passwords are for each delegate’s sole use – forwarding the link to someone else is a violation of the agreement and conditions. If improper use is detected, the link will be revoked.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non‐public business, commercial, or personal information disclosed during the course of our engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or expressly permitted. Mutual non‐disclosure agreements can be agreed where required.
10. Data Protection
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland), and other applicable data protection laws in Ireland and the European Union. Details of how we collect, use, and protect personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, available on this website.
11. Use of This Website
While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, content on this website is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We may include links to third‐party websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
12. Liability
Priority Management cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss, consequential or otherwise, resulting from the use of their products or supply of their services.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws that may apply.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this website.
